a. Avanta Network LTD stores the data you enter when registering and setting up profiles. You agree that Avanta Network LTD stores and processes your data electronically for the purpose of providing the services. Avanta Network LTD sends you the stored data record via email after your first registration. You can view your stored data in the login area.
You also consent to Avanta Network LTD sharing your data with third parties, especially credit institutions and contractual partners, to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the contract. This consent is also explicitly requested from the customer during the ordering process.
b. You can revoke your consent to data storage and transfer at any time with future effect. You also have the right to request free information, correction, blocking, and, if necessary, deletion of your stored data at any time. With our matching algorithm, we will make automated decisions based on your entered personal data by evaluating your personal preferences, interests, living conditions, and geographical location to match your profile with other profiles on Isex.dk, allowing you to receive relevant partner suggestions and find the best partner for you.
